Hidewild

Privacy policy

Effective 26 September 2026

The short version. Hidewild is a hide-and-seek game played outside, so it needs to know where you are while a match runs. It uses that to run the game and for nothing else. There are no ads, no tracking across other apps or sites, and your data is never sold.

Who we are

Hidewild is made by Ali Sufyan. For anything about your data, write to ali.sufyan@mvpninja.com.

What we collect

Who can see your location

How we use it

To run matches and your account, credit what you earn and buy, show friends, crews and leaderboards, send the notifications you asked for, keep players safe (blocking, reports, and a filter on names), to stop cheating and abuse, and to fix crashes and improve the game. The legal basis is providing the service you asked for, and our legitimate interest in keeping the game safe and fair.

Who processes it for us

We share nothing with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data until you delete your account. Match records and results are kept so your history and the leaderboards work. Club replay routes go when the member's Club ends. Reports are kept for as long as they are needed for safety. Crash reports are kept for 90 days and usage counts for 2 months.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This deletes your profile, friends, crew place, inventory, history and balances, your results and positions from the matches you played, your route from other members' Club replays, and your sign-in. If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke Hidewild's access to your Apple ID. Some things stay:

You can also email us to ask for deletion.

Children

Hidewild is for people aged 13 and over. We turn away anyone younger at sign-up. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, or object to how we use it. Email ali.sufyan@mvpninja.com. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also let you know in the app.
